All the finalists had ranked at the top of the tree at some point during the show, suggesting that the competition was intense. Here’s who came out on top.
Ed Balls
The former politician and erstwhile Strictly star became the first Celebrity Best Home Cook winner after last night’s final. He shined after creating a sensational Thai-spiced squash curry and then a sensational picnic featuring rare lamb chops.
Speaking in the aftermath, Balls said that he is “dedicating the trophy to all the Mums & Dads who do their best & have a go in the kitchen.”
