That's because you don't have to make any dough! Who has time for dough these days? Not us! Simply use a tasty bread roll and cut some slits in it to fill with delicious cinnamon butter then bake and cover with icing sugar.
Slice the bread rolls as shown in the video. Basically this is an opportunity to get lots of tasty butter in there. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the butter, cinnamon and sugar together. Pop the cream cheese in a piping bag and pipe this into the slits in the buns, then top this with the butter and place the buns on a baking tray, Brush them with the melted butter and bake until crisp and golden, roughly 20 to 30 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, melted butter and icing sugar together, then whisk the milk in slowly until you have a mixture that falls off the whisk. Dip the cinnamon rolls into the icing and allow any excess to drip off.
