It's a viral banger, and we gave it a try with a twist - it's a roast dinner! In a burrito! But the burrito is a massive yorkshire pudding! If there's one thing that could improve a roast dinner its doner meat was our logic, and this is the end result.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. To make the doner meat, chuck all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until the mixture has smoothed out and its all mixed in.
Get two sheets of baking paper and roll out a quarter of the mixture between them until very thin and evenly spread out, then remove the top piece of paper and roll the whole thing up like you would a cinnamon roll dough.
Bake for 30 minutes, then drain out the juices and bake for a further 15. Allow to cool briefly then unroll and rip up into doner-esque shreds.
Briefly grill the shreds for crispy bits and a bit of colour.
We served ours in a giant yorkshire pudding burrito with roast bits - roast potatoes, roast carrots, boiled broccoli and, of course, gravy.
For these, follow your normal recipes (for the yorkshire pudding just follow a normal recipe and pour all the batter in a small roasting tin).
However you eat it, enjoy!
