Ingredients

  • 200gcream cheese
  • 100ggrated mozzarella, plus more for the topping
  • 50gparmesan
  • 1 tspflaked sea salt
  • 1 tspfreshly ground black pepper
  • 400g tomato sauce
  • 3spicy pepperoni, cut into chunks
  • 100mlhot honey
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspred pepper flakes
  • to servegarlic bread

And why should it? It's bloody delicious. Also it's outrageously good on pizza. So we've done the hard work for you and combined the two together to make something truly delicious - a dish with all the flavours of pizza but with all the indulgence of a dip.

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix the cream cheese, 100g mozzarella and parmesan together with the salt and pepper.
  • Spread this mixture on the bottom of a baking dish (round, preferably, because pizza) and top with the tomato sauce, leftover cheese and pepperoni.
  • Place the whole thing in the oven until golden, bubbling and pizza-esque.
  • Heat the honey, paprika and pepper flakes in a pan until bubbling and remove from the heat.
  • Drizzle the hot honey over the pizza and serve with garlic bread (obviously).
  • What do you think of the recipe?
