  • 1Juice and Rind of Orange
  • 2Large Eggs
  • 2Yolks
  • Italian Meringue:
  • 3Egg Whites
  • 200gSugar
  • 118gWater
  • 1/2TspCream of Tartar
  • 1TbspLemon Juice
  • 1TspVanilla Extract

A hazelnut and buttery biscuit tart base filled with a silky cranberry and orange curd decorated with an toasted Italian meringue wreath. Practically a slice of Christmas joy!
